Hi,
my name is Sandra I'm from Germany/Poland and i train karate 4years (not long). Now,I live in New Zealand. I started in Poland in many competitions (1st place in National Championchips, 2nd place in International Championchips >Kumite<) but here in NZ I don't start in competition and I haven't all the time training as in Poland. So, I have to traing alone at home but I haven't any good ideas how could I train effective kumite. Can You give me some examples?
I hope I'll be as awesome as you!
Thanks

Oss,
I live in the UK. I run a small (yet flourishing!) club at Leeds Metropolitan University (England).
I was wondering if you ever teach in the UK?
We are students so can't afford to travel abroad.
I've watched some of your DVDs and I'm very inspired. I've used a lot of your kumite drills at the club.
Thank you.
Best wishes,
Manon Hughes.
